Gently. But it's not as scary as it sounds. Nylon has more give than polyester at this weight, so it doesn't just shatter when you touch it. Lay it flat when cutting. Don't yank it through the machine. Once you get used to the weight, it handles fine. Think of it like tissue paper — light touch, clean results.

2. What's the advantage of 118-inch width?

No piecing. Standard American mesh is usually around 54 to 63 inches. With 118 inches, you can cut a full cathedral-length veil or a wide backdrop in one piece without a seam down the middle. Saves time, saves fabric, looks cleaner.

3. Is this the same as your metallic American mesh, just without the sparkle?

Same base, no sparkle. Our metallic versions have a shimmer thread woven in. This one is plain matte nylon — clean, quiet, no shine. If you want something that sparkles, go with the metallic. If you want something that's just light and sheer and doesn't call attention to itself, this is it.

4. Can this be used outdoors? Will the wind destroy it?

It's made for light air movement — that's part of the look. A gentle breeze and it floats beautifully. But if you're setting up outdoors in heavy wind, it's going to be a handful. For outdoor ceremonies with mild weather, it's fine. For a windy beach setup, you might want something with more weight.
