2. What does "low-stretch" mean here? Is there any elastane?

No elastane. The low stretch is inherent to the 300D polyester construction — the thick yarns and dense weave naturally resist stretching. It's not designed to flex or move with the body. It's designed to hold its shape under load without deforming.

3. Is the recycled polyester as strong as regular polyester?

Yes. The recycled polyester used at this weight performs the same as virgin polyester — same tear resistance, same abrasion resistance, same durability. The difference is upstream: the yarn comes from recycled material, not virgin stock. Performance-wise, you won't notice any difference.
