Not printed. The curved pattern is woven into the fabric structure itself — it's part of the weave, not a surface design. This means it won't fade, won't wash out, and won't peel. The texture is subtle — visible up close, but from a distance it reads as a fine textured surface with more visual interest than standard flat broadcloth.

2. How much stretch does it have? Is it four-way stretch?
It has a comfortable everyday stretch — enough to move with the body and recover, but not the intense compression of performance activewear. The spandex content gives it flex without being tight. 3. 36gsm — is this see-through? Do I need a lining?
At 36gsm, it's on the lighter side. For most blouses and dresses, it's fine on its own with nude undergarments. If you're making something in white or a very light color, a lining is a good backup for extra coverage. For darker colors, it covers well on its own.

Two things: the curved weave texture and the spandex stretch. Our standard polyester plain weaves are flat-surfaced with no stretch — good for crisp linings and structured pieces. No. The curved pattern is woven into the fabric structure, not pressed or embossed on top. It stays textured through washing and regular wear. For ironing, use a low heat setting and a pressing cloth — the texture will hold its shape just fine.

It has stretch, but it's not built for high-intensity activity or prolonged water exposure. No chlorine resistance, and the lightweight construction isn't designed for heavy sweat and friction.
