How to clean the transparent net fabric of wedding gown
Local cleaning (applicable to lipstick, dust, minor oil stains, and foundation make-up marks)
Preparation tools: neutral laundry detergent (free of fluorescent agents and bleach, such as silk-specific detergent), soft-bristled brush (makeup brush/wool brush), clean soft towel, room temperature water (≤30℃).
Operation steps:
Dip a towel into diluted neutral laundry detergent solution (detergent: water = 1:20), gently press on the stain without rubbing or wringing;
For stubborn stains (such as foundation make-up), use a soft-bristled brush to gently brush with diluted cleaning solution, applying just enough pressure to avoid wrinkling the fabric;
Press repeatedly with a towel soaked in clean water to wipe away the residue of the washing liquid until there is no foam;
Press gently with a dry towel to absorb the moisture, then let it dry naturally in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight.

Pre processing: First check if there are any hooked threads or holes in the mesh, and wrap the nail beads/embroidery parts with plastic wrap for protection (to prevent detachment, water ingress, and color fading);
Washing solution: Add water at room temperature below 30 ℃ to a large basin, add a small amount of neutral laundry detergent, stir until completely dissolved, avoid using laundry detergent, soap, bleach (alkaline ingredients can corrode the yarn, causing yellowing and brittleness);
Gentle cleaning: Gently place the wedding mesh into a basin and soak it by hand for 5-10 minutes. Do not rub, twist, or pull. Gently rub the dirty parts such as the skirt with your hand;
Rinsing: Rinse with clean water for many times, and gently press to change water each time until there is no foam or residual detergent in the water (residual will cause yellowing of yarn);
Dehydration: Spread the mesh flat on a clean large towel, roll it into a cylindrical shape and gently press it to absorb moisture. Twisting and drying are strictly prohibited (as it can cause deformation and wrinkling of the yarn that cannot be restored).
