At 110gsm, isn't it too thick? Will it feel stuffy?

No, it breathes. It's mesh, not a dense flat weave — the holes do their job. Thick just means solid and substantial, not suffocating. Works great for autumn/winter leggings and activewear. Warm, but sweat doesn't get trapped. Plus the weight gives it a nice drape — it hangs well and holds its shape, not that flimsy stuff that clings and shows everything.

How's the stretch? Will it bag out over time?

Way better than standard elastic mesh. With 8% spandex, it stretches over 2x crosswise and snaps right back. Washes dozens of times, still holds its shape. Snug but not tight. Doesn't go loose on you. The setting is done right — you won't get those saggy knees after a few wears like some stretch fabrics do.

Is the weight consistent? Will batch to batch feel different?

Consistent. We check the weight and keep it under control. This batch and the next, hand feel is basically the same. For brand orders, the last thing anyone wants is a mismatch. What you get this time, you'll get next time. We spot-check during QC — the weight doesn't jump around within a batch.

Is 150cm width enough for garments? Will cutting waste a lot?

Plenty. Standard width for apparel. Cutting panels for women's wear and activewear, waste is low. No extra piecing. Saves fabric, saves hassle. If you're making oversized pieces and need something wider, we have other widths in the same series — just ask.

Do you have lighter or heavier versions of this mesh?

Yeah. Same series, there's a lighter 90gsm and a heavier 130gsm. Works for spring-summer or fall-winter. Grab a few swatches, put them side by side, and the differences are clear right away. Plus they're all the same series — same hand feel and recovery style. The end customer won't have to get used to a totally different fabric. Less hassle.
