This 18gsm multifilament reinforced mesh is softer, drapier, and less structured. Both are lightweight nylon options. Pick double-thread for structure and volume. Pick multifilament for softness and fluidity.

Yes, 175cm is one of our wider widths. Most of our meshes are in the 150-160cm range. This extra width gives you more flexibility for cutting — fewer seams, less waste, more efficient production. Good for large veils, wide overlays, and volume production where every inch of fabric counts.
18gsm — how do you handle something this light?
Gently, but the reinforced weave gives it a bit more stability than standard soft mesh. Nylon has more give than polyester, so it doesn't slip and slide as much. Lay it flat when cutting — don't stretch it out. Use tissue paper under the fabric when sewing delicate seams — it stabilizes the fabric and tears away clean when you're done.
