Here's what that looks like on our production floor.

We make nylon stretch mesh, polyester stretch mesh, nylon American mesh, polyester Swiss tulle, and functional performance fabrics. Every product line runs on yarns that meet international environmental standards. We support OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification. We can provide third-party test reports on request. Our fabrics comply with EU REACH regulations and meet North American market requirements.

On the recycled materials front, we've moved beyond sampling. We now offer small-batch customization and full-scale production of recycled polyester and recycled nylon fabrics. Our Swimwear Fabric series — that's the 320gsm, 220gsm, and 200gsm options, matte and lustrous finishes — can be produced with recycled fiber content on request. The performance doesn't change: same four-way stretch, same chlorine resistance, same saltwater durability. Lower carbon footprint. Our digital printing and heat transfer customization works just as well on the recycled versions. You don't have to choose between performance and sustainability.

Behind the scenes, we're also tightening how we run the plant. Lower-energy heat-setting. Low liquor ratio dyeing. Working with our yarn suppliers to align on environmental standards. Nothing flashy. Just incremental improvements that add up.

REACH, OEKO-TEX, lifecycle carbon footprint reporting — these aren't checkboxes for the future. They're filtering criteria happening right now.

We're not claiming to be carbon neutral today.
