The 20D Nylon Double-Thread American Mesh (20gsm): Structure With a Soft Touch

This one has a double-thread construction — two yarns woven side by side. That gives it real backbone. At 20gsm, it's still light as air, but it holds its shape. It doesn't collapse. It doesn't flop. Nylon makes it softer and drapier than the polyester version, so you get structure without stiffness. 31 yards per kilo.

Use it for:

bridal pettiskirts that need volume, gown structuring, and veils with body. If you need something that holds a silhouette without feeling like cardboard, this is it.

The 20D Nylon Multifilament Reinforced Mesh (18gsm): Soft as Silk, Light as a Whisper

This one is completely different. It's made with multifilament yarn — multiple ultra-fine nylon strands twisted together. The result? It feels almost silky. Soft against the skin. No scratchiness. It drapes like a dream and moves with the body. At 18gsm, it's even lighter than the double-thread version. And the width — 175cm — is wider than most of our meshes, so you get more efficient cutting. 32 yards per kilo.

Use it for:

bridal veils that drift like mist, soft gown overlays, delicate linings, and children's tulle dresses. If you need something that feels gentle and floaty, this is the one.
