If you want a fabric that feels noticeably fresher against the skin, this is the one.
2. How much stretch does it have?
10% spandex gives it a comfortable everyday stretch — enough to move with the body and recover its shape, but not the tight compression of performance activewear. It's the kind of stretch you want in a training top or a lightweight base layer: there when you need it, not restrictive, not baggy.
3. Is this see-through? Do I need a lining?
