A Pulls over 2x crosswise, snaps right back. 24% is on the high end for swimwear fabric. Stronger stretch than the 10% or 12% versions. Good compression without feeling tight. A year later, the snap is still there.

A Mid to heavy. More substantial than the lightweight stuff, but not the heaviest we carry. Completely opaque, no lining needed. Holds its shape in and out of the water. Won't cling wet and heavy to the body.
Q What's the difference between double plain weave and regular swimwear fabric?
A Double plain weave has an extra yarn in the warp direction, so the fabric is denser and more tear-resistant. It's got a bit more body than standard plain weave swim fabric — not stiff, but structured. Holds its shape longer through wear and washing.
